Comments:This home was heavily promoted in advertisements as a new version of a prize-winning home. The original was recognized with an "Award of Merit" from American Builder magazine. This is a twin of a home located at 419 Electra and is similar in style to gabled version at 331 Electra and 406 Isolde.
Architectural Comments:The home uses clerestory windows to provide privacy from the front of the home. Jalousie windows and a sidelight allow light to enter the living and dining areas.
