Comments:This house generally has one of the best kept lots in the neighborhood.
Architectural Comments:While this house shares many similarities with other modern homes in the neighborhood, several unique features make it stand out. To begin with, the house has been extremely well-maintained. The exterior is of king-sized brick and vertical wood siding with an asymmetrical pitched roof. The house's entry has two sidelights and three slit windows all with reed glass. An office in the rear of the house includes two matching strip windows with reed glass that were added by the current owners. The exterior wall on the Broken Bough side (left of the house) has a slight pivot to follow the angle of the street. The rear of the living room has floor-to-ceiling windows. Previous owners had added a small covered awning to the back patio in the 1960s but that was eventually removed by the current owners.

The interior includes terrazzo flooring throughout. One of the living room walls has exposed brick on the bottom 2/3 with furniture-grade stained plywood paneling on the top 1/3. From the Tosca side, one can catch a glimpse of the paneling through the house's clerestory windows. This paneling matches the cabinets in the kitchen. The cabinets still have the original hardware.
