This 1954 house by Architect Arne Engberg exemplifies the mid-century ranch archetype so prevalent in the original Tanglewood homes. The low scale street facade has many characteristics of Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie School while a sympathetic addition to the rear of the house by Architect Lucian Hood expanded both the living and sleeping quarters with a very modern plan open to the pool and surrounding landscape.

The house has beautiful terazzo floors and wood beamed ceilings throughout many rooms. The floor plans will be on display.
