Minette Boesel is the owner and president of Minette Boesel Properties. Minnette Boesel Properties was the first residential real estate company to locate in downtown Houston.

The company has successfully completed over 140 loft sales and other prime inner city transactions. Boesel has a 25-year background in real estate and historic preservation with a Masters degree in historic preservation from Columbia University.

Minette is a Board Member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the past President of the Greater Houston Preservation Alliance, serves on the Boards of the Rice Design Alliance, Scenic Texas, the Downtown Historic District, Inc. and was appointed by the Mayor and City Council to the Board of the Main Street/Market Square Redevelopment Authority.
