Lynn Edmundson
Lynn Edmundson is the co-founder and Executive Director of Historic Houston, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Houston's architectural and cultural heritage through scholarly research, documentation, education and advocacy for sustainable design and conservation. Edmundson holds a Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Houston and has been involved in historic preservation for over 15 years. Under her leadership, Historic Houston has spearheaded the rescue of historically significant buildings, initiated a Salvage Program for reclaiming historic building materials, and worked with the City of Houston Planning and Development Department to provide programs that encourage historic preservation and promote the sustainability and conservation of Houston's architectural resources.
